First phase of work on the kindergarten in Nova Crvenka completed

The first, construction phase—the renovation of the future kindergarten in Nova Crvenka—was completed today with the formal acceptance of the work. The next steps are changing the facility's designated use, furnishing it with furniture and educational materials, hiring staff, and then completing the accreditation process. This facility will become 12 part of Bambi Preschool, and for the first time Nova Crvenka will have a kindergarten for children aged 3 until they start school.

The facility was visited by Kula Municipality President Damjan Miljanić and Bambi Preschool Director Snežana Bulatović, who said they would do everything they could to get the kindergarten up and running as soon as possible, so that children's laughter could soon be heard there:

“The work has been inspected today, and the renovation is complete. After that, we will begin the process of changing the purpose of this building, which is currently residential, so that it can be converted into a preschool facility. Then we will equip it—with equipment, furniture and teaching materials—we must hire staff and proceed with accreditation, since this building will become 12 within the Bambi Preschool Institution. Once all that is done, we will be ready to enroll new children. I hope this won’t drag on indefinitely; we will hurry and do everything we can to make it happen as soon as possible, so that children’s voices can be heard here soon,” said Bambi Preschool Institution director Snežana Bulatović.

“The first, construction phase has been completed. The next step is to equip the kindergarten with the necessary equipment so that it can operate, and then it will open. There are a few more legal matters that need to be taken care of, after which the kindergarten will begin operating and will be adapted for children from 3 years of age until just before they start school. Until now, the children have attended kindergarten in Crvenka, and they will move to this building, which has been beautifully renovated and is located on the same grounds as the school. A playground was built there a couple of years ago, followed by another one next to the basketball court. This is truly a lovely space for young children, and I am confident that it will soon be operational and welcome its first children,” added the President of the Municipality of Kula, Damjan Miljanić.
