Conclusions of the Emergency Headquarters: No market sales on Sunday; International Women’s Day stalls only on Monday

Based on the current epidemiological situation, the Commander of the Emergency Situations Headquarters of the Municipality of Kula has issued a decision prohibiting the sale of fruit, vegetables, honey, and other food products at markets in the Municipality of Kula on 07.03.2021. All interested vendors are permitted to set up sales stalls outside market areas, subject to the following conditions:

  • that they are registered agricultural holdings;
  • to have proof of having rented a market stall at one of the market sales locations in the Municipality of Kula
  • and that the place of residence is within the territory of the Municipality of Kula

Sales will take place during the period from 07:00 to 12:00, on 07.03.2021, in the settlements of Kula Municipality.

Market stalls may not be longer than 2 meters.

There may be only one vendor at the sales point (at the stall); when selling, they must use protective equipment (protective masks and gloves) and disinfectant.

No more than 3 people may be at the point of sale, with due regard for the distance between them (2 meters); the seller is obliged to organize sales in accordance with the stated measures.

The competent inspection authority will check work permits and supervise the work itself.

In addition, a decision adopted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia’s Crisis Headquarters on 05.03.2021 stipulates that from Saturday at 12:00 until Monday at 06:00 in the morning, only food stores, pharmacies and gas stations may operate. Accordingly, the Order of the Municipality of Kula Emergency Situations Headquarters adopted on 02.03.2021, number 03-87-9/2021, is being amended to allow market stalls to be set up and sales to take place only on 08.03.2021.
