According to the announcement, treatments will be carried out using products based on lambda-cyhalothrin and deltamethrin. Beekeepers are warned that these products are toxic to bees, so it is essential that they close their hives or move them at least five kilometres away from the areas to be treated. The products remain effective for one day.
