According to the announcement, the exact location and timing of the treatment will depend on monitoring and weather conditions, and treatments will use products based on lambda-cyhalothrin and deltamethrin. Beekeepers are warned that the product is toxic to bees and should close their hives or move them at least five kilometers away from the listed treatment sites. The product remains effective for three days.
