More sporting events

There are an increasing number of sporting events, but for now only the basketball teams are competing for points. The 14 round of the First and Second Serbian Leagues is on the schedule.

Hajduk’s basketball players, who compete in the First Serbian League, are visiting Inđija to face Železničar. After their convincing win over Topola in the previous round, it is understandable that Hajduk’s players say they are going to Inđija to win as well. Železničar and Hajduk will play in Inđija on Sunday, with tip-off at 18 hours and 30 minutes.

Sivac’s basketball players, who compete in the Second Serbian League, host Basketball Stars from Futog. This game will go down in the annals of Sivac basketball, as it will be the first played in the newly built Sivac sports hall. The match between Sivac and Basketball Stars from Futog will be played in Sivac on Sunday, starting at 17 o’clock.

Our football teams are preparing for the second half of the season, and are using this final stage of preparations to assess their progress through friendly matches.

Hajduk footballers, members of the Serbian League, Vojvodina group, will play a friendly against Tekstilac from Odžaci. According to announcements, the match is scheduled for tomorrow at the Geder field and will kick off at 14.

Vojvodina League side Crvenka will face Kordun from Kljajićevo in a friendly tomorrow. The match will be played on Crvenka’s auxiliary pitch and will start at 14.

Lipar’s footballers, members of the first division of the Sombor Intermunicipal League, will play two friendly matches over the weekend. The first is tomorrow against Njegoševo, and the second is on Sunday, when they will face Rusin from Ruski Krstur. Both matches will start at 14. Two more first-division Sombor Intermunicipal League teams will take to the field on Sunday: in Kruščić, hosts Mladost and Polet from Sivac will face off from 14. Our fourth representative in the first division of the Sombor Intermunicipal League, Kula’s footballers, will travel to Pannonia on Sunday, where they will play a friendly against Pannonia starting at 14 hours and 30 minutes.
