Nova Crvenka Day will be celebrated tomorrow. The programme provides for residents and guests to gather in front of the monument in the village centre from 11 hours and 30 minutes, so that wreaths can be laid at 12 hours at the Monument to the Salonika Volunteers, who founded the village, thus honouring participants in the liberation wars from 1912 to 1918. After the wreath-laying, Kula Municipal President Damjan Miljanić and Nova Crvenka Local Community Council President Milorad Tunguz are scheduled to address those present. The Crvenka Cultural Centre Folk Ensemble will then perform an appropriate cultural programme, after which lunch will be served to all guests at the renovated Pensioners’ Club. Nova Crvenka Day celebrations will conclude with a concert for young people, presented by the Zorić–Malešević duo from 19.
