Courts in Serbia begin returning to normal operations today, following rules of conduct for employees and parties established by the High Judicial Council and the presidents of individual courts.
Wearing masks and gloves when entering a court is mandatory, as is maintaining a minimum distance between two people, both in courtrooms and in corridors and service areas of banks and post offices located in some courts.
Other measures to protect health have also been prescribed, covering personal hygiene, airing rooms and disinfection. Court presidents have set these out in detail according to the specific circumstances of each court and posted the rules of conduct on their websites and at court entrances.
In accordance with the conclusion of the High Judicial Council dated 7. May, the prescribed obligations for employees, all court services, and parties entering the court will apply from today until the Covid 19 epidemic is declared over, in order to protect health.
