In the fifth round of the championship in the Serbian League, Vojvodina group, Hajduk’s footballers recorded their third win. The players from Kula beat the team “1. Maj Ruma” from Ruma at the Milan Sredanović Stadium by 2:1. Furtula and Matijević scored for Hajduk. It was an excellent football spectacle, with plenty of chances, three goals and a red card. Viewers can watch how it unfolded on KU Television tonight from 20. Hajduk are currently fourth in the table with 10 points, and in the next round they will host Dunav from Stari Banovci at their home stadium again.
Crvenka’s footballers lost 3:0 to hosts Mladost APA in Apatin in the fifth round of the Vojvodina League, North Group. Crvenka coach Živko Jovanović said the hosts deserved their win, with biased refereeing, as shown by the fact that two penalties were awarded to the home team in the first quarter of the match, in the 15th and 22th minutes. The only positive from Apatin is that Crvenka managed to avoid bookings, which is important ahead of the upcoming matches. After five matches, Crvenka are twelfth with 5 points, and next round they host Tekstilac from Odžaci.
The winning streak of Rusin from Ruski Krstur came to an end in the fourth round of the Sombor District League. Away in Bukovac, the Krstur side drew 1:1 with OFK Mladost. The hosts were leading until the 80 minute, when Vladan Vujović scored to earn Rusin a point. Rusin are currently third with 10 points, and in the next round, scheduled for Wednesday, they will host ŽAK from Sombor.
In the third round of the Sombor Intermunicipal League, First Division, our representatives recorded two wins, one draw and one defeat. Mladost from Kruščić and Lipar won their matches. Kruščić beat Jedinstvo 6:2 away in Ribarevo. Maleš and Kišjuhas scored two goals each for Mladost, while Hančar and Vuković scored one each. Lipar hosted Partizan from Kupusina and were leading 5:0 until the 55th minute, when the match was abandoned because the visitors were left with too few players on the field. Before the match was stopped, Nestorović had scored four goals for Lipar and Banović one.
Polet from Sivac drew 0:0 away against OFK Mladost from Deronje in Bač, while Kula, our fourth team, lost to Dinamo 2:1 in the round’s derby in Bački Breg after two consecutive wins, with the halftime score 1:1. Kula took the lead with a spectacular goal by Babić, but the hosts equalized just a few minutes later and then scored in the 75 minute to win the match. After three rounds, Lipar are third and Kula fourth, each with 6 points; Polet are seventh with 4, and Mladost are tenth with 3 points. In the next round, Lipar host Terekveš from Svilajevo; Kula host Jedinstvo from Ribarevo at the Gedera ground; Polet host Hajduk from Stapari in Sivac; while Mladost from Kruščić are away again, travelling to Kupusina to face Partizan.
