The football championships in the Serbian League, Vojvodina group, and the Sombor District League ended last weekend with the final-round matches.

In the final round of the Serbian League, Vojvodina group, Odžaci beat Radnički from Nova Pazova 1:0 in front of their home fans in Kula. The crowd saw an entertaining match with plenty of chances, one of which was converted by Odžaci player Tutnjević, whose goal secured the win for his team. Odžaci finished the season tenth in the table with 39 points.

The final round of the Sombor District League championship was marked by the municipal derby played in Lipar, where the home team beat Rusin from Ruski Krstur 5:2, even though the visitors had finished the first half ahead 2:0 with goals from Đukanović and Stefan Kočiš. However, after Lipar's first goal in the second half, Rusin's play fell apart, and the home side took advantage to record a convincing win. Banović scored twice for Lipar, while Vorkapić, Žarić and Stanko Popović scored one goal each. Crvenka drew 3:3 with Budućnost from Parage in front of their home fans. Crvenka were leading and were only moments away from victory, but the visitors equalised on the counterattack in the final seconds, so the points were shared. Centre-forward Vujović scored twice for Crvenka, with one goal from Babić. Mladost from Kruščić lost 5:1 away to Vojvodina in Tovariševo. Our fifth representative in the Sombor District League, Kula, had a bye in the final round. Crvenka finished the season second in the table with 62 points, Lipar were ninth with 33, Kula twelfth with 29, Rusin thirteenth with 28, and Mladost last, in fifteenth place, with 14 points.

Polet from Sivac lost their first match in the play-off for promotion to the Sombor District League. Playing away in Obrovac, Polet lost 4:3 to hosts Borac. Romić, Bosnić and Vukašinović scored for Polet. Trailing by just one goal gives Polet a realistic chance of achieving a result in the return match that would take them into the Sombor District League. The return match between Polet and Borac from Obrovac will be played in Sivac on Thursday, starting at 17 hours and 30 minutes.
