Statement by the President of the Nova Crvenka Local Community Council
Jovan Batinić has been on hunger strike for the fifth day; none of the relevant authorities has shown any interest or spoken to the striker. So far, Batinić has been visited by: - Dragutin Medojević - councillor on the Kula Municipal Assembly, - Dragan Pavićević -
Jovan Batinić’s hunger strike has been going on for five days, and none of the authorities has shown any interest or contacted the striker.
Those who have visited Batinić so far:
- Dragutin Medojević - member of the Kula Municipal Assembly,
- Dragan Pavićević - President of the Crvenka Local Community Council,
- Emergency Medical Team of the Kula Health Center,
- A team of journalists from RTV Vojvodina.
Batinić continues his strike until his demands are met.
