Fertilizer and Fuel Subsidies

The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management has published regulations on the conditions, procedures, and application forms for claiming fertilizer and fuel subsidies. The regulations were published in the Official Gazette No. 40 dated 11 April 2014.
As for the fertilizer subsidy, the situation is as follows:
1. legal entity,
2. entrepreneur and
3. An individual who is the holder of a commercial family farm is entitled to a fertilizer subsidy if the fertilizer is purchased between 01 January and 15 November of the current year. The subsidy amounts to 10 dinars per kilogram of fertilizer, up to a maximum of 3.000,00 dinars per hectare.
Applications for the fertilizer subsidy must be submitted annually in duplicate to the Treasury Administration during the period from 05 May to 20 November of the current year. The application must be accompanied by the original fiscal receipt issued in accordance with the law governing fiscal cash registers.

As for the fuel subsidy (Euro diesel and gas oil 0,1), the situation is as follows:
1. legal entity,
2. entrepreneur and
3. An individual who is the holder of a commercial family farm is entitled to a fuel subsidy if the fuel is purchased between 01 January and 15 November of the current year. The fuel subsidy is 50 dinars per liter, up to a maximum of 3.000,00 dinars per hectare.
Applications for the fuel subsidy must be submitted annually in duplicate to the Treasury Administration during the period from 05 May to 20 November of the current year. The application must be accompanied by the original fiscal receipt issued in accordance with the law governing fiscal cash registers.
