Recommendation from the Market Vendors Task Force

Based on requests from sellers of New Year's decorations for permits to sell at designated locations, and considering the need to supply the residents of the Municipality of Kula, the Commander of the Kula Municipal Emergency Headquarters issued a Recommendation allowing interested sellers of New Year's decorations—that is, those who have applied for a sales permit—to sell provided they meet the following conditions:
- to have a registered farm business, sales, and so on.....;
- to have proof of renting a market stall at one of the market sales locations in the municipality of Kula and
- to have their place of residence within the municipality of Kula.

By Order No. 03-87-35/2020 of 24 March 2020, issued by the Commander of the Kula Municipal Emergency Headquarters, the following sales locations were designated:
Kula:
1. Marshal Tito Street (opposite the “Idea” store).
2. Veljko Vlahović Street (in front of the Idea store, across the road from the Church of Saint Mark).
3. Corner of Ivo Lola Ribar and Veljko Vlahović Streets.
4.Corner of Josip Kramer and Petar Drapšin Streets.
5. Veljko Vlahović Street (near the “pigeon loft”).
6. Marshal Tito Street (near the tourist office).

Crvenka:
1.Corner of Marshal Tito and Moša Pijade Streets (parking area by the Maxi store).
2. Corner of Moša Pijade and Ivo Lola Ribar Streets.
3. Marshal Tito Street (parking area in front of the stadium).

Sivac:
1. Arsenije Čarnojević Street (by the buildings).
2. Beća Đilas Street (near “Play Off”).
3. Marshal Tito Street (by the monument).

Ruski Krstur:
1. Marshal Tito Street (by the park – two stalls).

Kruščić:
1. Marshal Tito Street (by the school).
2. Corner of Marshal Tito and Vladimir Nazor streets.
Lipar:
1. Marshal Tito Street (in front of the pensioners’ club – two stalls)

Sales will take place from 07:00 to 20:00 o’clock, from 23. December 2020. until 31. December 2020. Sales stalls may not be longer than 2 meters. The distance between stalls must be at least 5 meters. Only one vendor may be present at the sales point (at the stall); during sales, they must use protective equipment (protective masks and gloves) and disinfectant. No more than 5 people may be present at the sales point, maintaining a distance from one another of 2 meters. The vendor is responsible for organizing sales in accordance with the stated measures. Permits to operate and the work itself will be monitored by the competent inspectorate.
