Regular payment of social benefits enabled

The Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs, including during the state of emergency and the declared COVID-19 pandemic, has processed data through 14.04.2020, with the maximum deployment of all available human resources, for 449.614 social assistance beneficiaries for March 2020 entered the payment system of the Ministry of Finance’s Treasury Administration, thereby enabling the regular payment of entitlements in accordance with the law.

In this regard, the expected payments to social benefit recipients are:

-    Cash social assistance, special cash benefits and benefits for the maintenance of beneficiaries in family foster care, and allowances for assistance and care by another person: for the month of March, dated 21.04.2020, year,

-    Child allowance and parental allowance: for the month of March, on 21.04.2020,

-    Wage or salary benefits during maternity leave, childcare leave, and special childcare leave: for March 22.04.2020, paid directly by the Ministry under the new law,

-    Other benefits for the birth and care of a child and special care of a child: for the month of March 22.04.2020.

-    Basic entitlements for combatants, military invalids and families of fallen combatants: for the month of March 21.04.2020.
