Elections held for members of the Lipar and Nova Crvenka Local Community Councils

Elections for members of the Local Community Councils were held yesterday in the settlements of Lipar and Nova Crvenka. Residents elected eleven members of the Lipar Local Community Council and five members of the Nova Crvenka Local Community Council. At its meeting today, the Election Commission for Local Community Council elections released a report on the results of the elections.

Based on the election materials for the election of members of the Lipar Local Community Council, the Election Commission determined the following results:

• Number of voters registered on the electoral roll – 1179.
• Number of ballot papers received – 1179.
• Number of unused ballot papers – 734.
• Total number of voters who voted – 445.
• Number of ballot papers in the ballot box – 445.
• Number of invalid ballot papers – 15.
• Number of valid ballot papers – 430.

The following candidates were elected to the Lipar Local Community Council in the Lipar electoral district:

2. Bogdan Trešnjić 335
3. Basarić Milan 334
4. Aleksandar Denić 324
5. Slavica Rodić 320
6. Kovač Milan 316
7. Stokuća Zorica 315
8. Raduјko Nikola 312
9. Končar Duško 300
10. Vuković Danilo 293
11. Popović Žarko 283

On the basis of the election materials for the Nova Crvenka Local Community Council elections, the Election Commission established the following results:

• Number of voters registered on the electoral roll – 331.
• Number of ballot papers received – 331.
• Number of unused ballot papers – 166.
• Total number of voters who voted – 165.
• Number of ballot papers in the ballot box – 165.
• Number of invalid ballot papers – 9.
• Number of valid ballot papers – 156.

The following candidates were elected to the Nova Crvenka Local Community Council in the Nova Crvenka electoral unit:

1. Slobodan Bondžić 125
2. Milorad Tunguz 123
3. Gabrić Milorad 117
4. Zoran Gojković 111
5. Josip Bicok 108

The Commission determined that there had been no significant violations of the Statute of the Local Community, the Decision on Local Communities, or the Law on Local Elections, and did not annul the vote at any polling station.
