The first regular meeting of the Assembly of the Kula Municipal Football Association for the 2019–2023 term was held last night in Kula.
After Municipal Football Association president Miodrag Gogić opened the meeting, the working bodies were elected. The Credentials Committee confirmed that all 15 delegates were present at the Assembly meeting, ensuring a quorum for the meeting and its decisions. During consideration and adoption of the minutes of the previous Electoral Assembly, delegate Željko Varagić of Polet Football Club from Sivac objected that he had received the meeting documents only at the meeting itself, so the two delegates from Sivac abstained from voting for the remainder of the meeting. The Assembly members then adopted the Rules of Procedure, after which the Executive Board’s activity report for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2019 was presented by Association president Miodrag Gogić. The representatives of the Municipal Football Association’s coaches’ and referees’ organizations also submitted their reports. The Municipal Football Association Supervisory Board’s report for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2019 was also presented by Supervisory Board president Dragan Jagodić, who announced after presenting it that he was resigning from all positions in football, wishing to make way for younger people to get involved. The Assembly delegates then considered and adopted the financial report for that period, as well as the Municipal Football Association’s financial plan for this year. Under “Other Business,” the resignation of Supervisory Board president Dragan Jagodić was noted. At the proposal of Municipal Football Association president Miodrag Gogić, Miloš Zbućnović was elected the new Supervisory Board president, with Rade Bjelan and Đorđe Bukejlović as members. Also at Gogić’s proposal, Milan Vujaković was elected vice-president of the Municipal Football Association.
