Starting today, service counters of the Ministry of the Interior’s Administrative Affairs Directorate are open at police departments and stations. Citizens can submit applications for personal documents and carry out other business there, while observing the prescribed protective measures.
At police administration and station counters, citizens will be able to register their residence and temporary stay, apply for identity cards, passports, driver's licenses, vehicle registration, weapons permits and citizenship, and collect those documents, the Ministry of the Interior announced.
The Administrative Affairs Directorate recommends that citizens send applications for initial vehicle registration and change of ownership, changes to information entered on the vehicle registration document, and other vehicle-registration requests to police stations and administrations by registered mail.
