Marking Youth Day on May 25.

The commemoration on 25 May, the former Youth Day from the time of the former Yugoslavia, traditionally organized at the popular Potok picnic area in Crvenka by the Crvenka Tourist Association with the generous support of the Kula Municipal Tourism Organization, was planned for last Saturday but has been postponed to 4 June. The only reason for the postponement was the rainy weather, which would have made it impossible to hold the planned activities. The bad weather would certainly also have affected attendance at the event, so the Youth Day commemoration at Potok has been moved to 4 June. Alongside the traditional reception of the Youth Relay, other events will be organized as part of the Youth Day celebration, including a fish paprikaš cooking competition, the fifth annual “Ante Maras – Maki Memorial,” the cooking of army-style beans, which will be distributed free to visitors, and a large raffle—all accompanied by a cultural and artistic program and live music.
