Notice to sports organizations in the Municipality of Kula

The Sports Committee for the Municipality of Kula of the Sports Association of Serbia, established on the basis of the Decision of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Serbia, No. 66-00-170/2019-03 dated 30.07.2019, hereby informs you that sports organizations in the Municipality of Kula are required to submit their special programs for 2021.

Programs must be submitted up to and including 05 May 2021 completed legibly and in detail on the prescribed forms. Sports organizations that fail to submit their separate program by the stated deadline will not be considered for the allocation of funds for separate programs for 2021.

Sports organizations are required to comply with the following legal provisions:

The program implementer must:

1. be entered in the appropriate register in accordance with the law; have its statute harmonized with the Law on Sports;
2. operates exclusively or predominantly on a non-commercial (non-profit) basis, unless otherwise specified by the Law on Sports;
3. have its headquarters in the territory of the Municipality of Kula;
4. be directly responsible for implementing the program;
5. that they have previously carried out activities in the field of sports for at least one year;
6. that they have successfully implemented previously approved programs;
7. to meet the requirements for carrying out sports activities and operations related to the proposed program, in accordance with the Law on Sports;
8. have the capacity to implement the program;
9. be a member, directly or indirectly, of the national sports branch association through which the general interest in a particular sport is pursued in accordance with Rulebook on the National Sports Federations Responsible for Sports Disciplines and Areas of Sport in the Republic of Serbia (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, Nos. 95/16 and 45/18).

The program holder may not:

1. be in the process of liquidation or bankruptcy, or under a temporary ban on carrying out activities;
2. has its business account blocked at the time the agreement for implementation of the program is concluded and budget funds are transferred to its business account; has tax debts or debts to social insurance organizations;
3. has, within the last two years, been convicted by a final decision of an offense or commercial offense related to its financial operations, use of property, work with children, or prevention of negative phenomena in sport.

The program implementer must not:

1. be in a conflict of interest;
2. intentionally or with gross negligence misrepresent data requested in program application forms, or fail to provide all required information;
