The Department of Social Affairs of the Municipality of Kula informs parents receiving child allowance that they should submit school certificates together with a valid decision from 1. September to 31. October this year, regardless of when they renew their application. Recipients of this assistance are required to report when schooling ends, as well as any changes that affect household income or the number of household members, the Department of Social Affairs said in a statement.
