The championship season for Vojvodina clubs kicks off next weekend
Since the championship season begins next weekend for clubs under the jurisdiction of the Football Association of Vojvodina, including clubs competing in the Serbian League, Vojvodina group, the club from our area is Hajduk
As the season begins next weekend for clubs under the jurisdiction of the Football Association of Vojvodina—namely, clubs competing in the Serbian League, Vojvodina Group, including our local team Hajduk 1912, and the Vojvodina leagues, where Crvenka will compete in the North Group—the Football Association of Vojvodina has established and circulated to clubs a protocol for organizing matches in all its leagues under the extraordinary circumstances caused by the spread of the Covid-19 virus during the 2020–2021 season.
The general guidelines state that all those involved in organizing and holding the match covered by this protocol must comply with all measures prescribed by the Government of the Republic of Serbia to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 viral infection.
According to the established protocol, and in line with the decision of the competent authorities of the Republic of Serbia, spectators are not allowed at matches because of the risk of coronavirus spreading. Each match may have 18 players from each team, six members of each team’s coaching staff, six club management officials, five referees and a referee observer, five delegates and commissioners, six ball boys, two emergency medical staff, one cameraman, three journalists, three technical staff members, and five security personnel — a total of 90 people. As for behavior at the stadium, wearing protective masks in both indoor and outdoor areas of the stadium is mandatory.
As we said, the football season for clubs from our municipality begins this weekend. In the first round of the Serbian League, Vojvodina Group, Hajduk host Stari Grad from Bačka Palanka in Kula. The match will be played tomorrow at the “Milan Sredanović” Stadium, kicking off at 17. In the first round of the Vojvodina League, North Group, Crvenka will play Sr obran in Srbobran tomorrow at 17. In the first round of the Sombor District League, Rusin will host Kulpin in Ruski Krstur on Sunday at 17 hours and 30 minutes. The championship season for the other football clubs from the Municipality of Kula, competing in the Sombor Intermunicipal League, First Division, will begin on 22 and 23 August, respectively.
