Based on the current epidemiological situation, which is extremely unfavorable at this time and tending to worsen, Damjan Miljanić, Commander of the Municipality of Kula Emergency Situations Headquarters, is issuing an Order requiring owners of catering establishments in the Municipality of Kula to:
– the facility’s operating hours are set from 05:00 to 21:00 o’clock, starting on 17.11.2020;
– limit the number of guests at each table to two;
– wearing masks is mandatory for all employees in all catering establishments, both indoors and outdoors;
– guests must wear masks except when eating or drinking;
– limiting noise levels to below 40 decibels to prevent shouting and loud speech by people inside the establishment;
– to regularly disinfect the catering establishment;
– ensure that disinfectant is available at every guest table;
The adoption of the new Order dated 16.11.2020 repeals the Order dated 14.11.2020.
