Only the footballers were active over the Easter and May Day holidays. After two consecutive defeats, Hajduk recorded a valuable win in the 32-round Serbian League match. They defeated Feniks from Stara Pazova 3:1 and moved into safer territory in the standings. Hajduk’s scorers were captain Vuković from the penalty spot, and the young players Vlaisavljević and Bogićević. Hajduk could have won by an even wider margin, as Vuković missed the chance to convert a second penalty in the final minute of the first half, but the most important thing was securing the win.
Hajduk are currently thirteenth in the standings with 44 points, and we heard that they will visit Radnički in Zrenjanin in the next round.
Crvenka’s footballers also recorded a valuable win in the Vojvodina League, North Group. In the 28 round, Crvenka defeated Bačka from Pačir 1:0 at home. Šakić scored the goal worth three points. Crvenka are currently fifteenth in the table with 30 points, and next round they travel to Hercegovac in Gajdobra.
The footballers of Rusin from Ruski Krstur just cannot seem to get going, having gone six matches in a row without a win. In round 26 of the Sombor District League, Rusin lost 3:2 to Budućnost from Parage at home. The visitors led throughout, while Rusin twice equalised through goals by Danojević and Đukanović, but the visitors scored the winning goal five minutes before the end. Rusin remain fourth in the standings with 42 points, and will visit Zadrugar in Srpski Miletić in the next round.
