Vojvodina’s top young archers demonstrate their skills at Crvenka’s “Potok”

Potok picnic area in Crvenka hosted the Vojvodina Cup for junior categories in 3D archery. A friendly “3D Cup” for all age categories was also held alongside the tournament. Around 60 participants competed for the title of Vojvodina’s best young archer. The competition was organized by the Vojvodina Archery Association and the Target Archery Club from Crvenka.

Zoran Maravić, president of the Target Archery Club, said that he was pleased with the number of participants and that this was the third time Crvenka had hosted the competition, which is proof of the Archery Association of Vojvodina’s confidence in Target’s organization:

“This is the third time we have organized the 3D Vojvodina Cup, thanks to the trust placed in us by the Vojvodina Archery Association. We have evidently proved to be good hosts, and as a result we have been awarded the event again. I should mention that not only the Vojvodina Cup was held, but also a friendly ‘3D Cup’, so the children actually received two medals. 60 competitors took part, an exceptionally high number, and the scoring formats differed because the rules specify separate scoring systems for the Vojvodina Cup and the ‘3D Cup.’”
