Applications for the fourth generation of Young Leaders are officially open!

If you want to work in an environment where everything depends on your commitment and your ideas are welcome, complete the online test by midnight on 26 October.

This project is intended for you—final-year students and graduates in economics, technology and engineering. During the one-year paid program, you will work in various subsidiaries and sectors of the company, mentored by experienced managers and collaborating with leading global companies and brands. During or upon completion of the program, the best candidates are offered permanent employment, and many Young Leaders from previous generations now perform important duties and hold responsible positions at the company.
