To carry out essential livestock-related work or necessary agricultural measures during the movement-ban period (17:00-05:00 hours), every agricultural producer must submit an application for movement authorization to the Agricultural Inspection Sector or the Plant Protection Directorate.
The internet address for submitting an electronic application for movement authorization for agricultural producers in the livestock sector is: http://stocarstvo.registar-uzb.rs/, while the electronic application to the Plant Protection Directorate is submitted at the website address http://agromere.registar-uzb.rs/, or by calling 064/88-18-449, the number for the West Bačka District.
The movement permit will be valid only for the specified day, from 17:00 to 05:00. The deadline for responding to a submitted application is by 48 hours after receipt of the message.
In the electronic application mentioned above, all required fields must be completed in order to obtain a movement permit for carrying out livestock-related work (milking domestic animals and work at an apiary).
Anyone who receives a work permit during the movement ban must carry a work order with them while travelling.
