Interested sports organizations may apply by 15 June to the Public Call for Submitting Programs to Fund Sports Events in the Municipality of Kula and programs funded by the local self-contribution in 2017, issued by Municipal President Perica Videkanjić.
The purpose of the call is to allocate financial resources for the implementation of programs that serve the general interest in the field of sport, namely: organizing sports events in the Municipality of Kula and funding programs from self-contribution revenues, based on the quality of the proposed programs.
The total amount of funding to be allocated under this public call to fund sports event programmes in the municipality of Kula is a maximum of 2.000.000,00 dinars.
The total amount of funding to be allocated under this public call for programs financed from the local self-contribution is a maximum of 830.000,00 dinars. Funding is awarded to sports organizations based in settlements where payment of the local self-contribution has been introduced, in accordance with the decisions introducing it. Thus, 730 will be allocated in the Ruski Krstur local community, and 100 thousand dinars in the Lipar local community. These funds are intended to cover the cost of purchasing sports equipment and to finance programs and projects that were not awarded funding under the public call for financing regular competitive activities or the call for financing special program activities of sports organizations—sporting events.
Proposals may be submitted by the territorial sports association on behalf of its members, and by a sports organization (clubs and other sports organizations), individually or jointly with other organizations in the field of sport.
The application is to be submitted to the registry office of the Municipality of Kula on 15 June by 14 in a sealed envelope to the address: Municipal Administration Kula, Leninova St. No. 11, marked: "DO NOT OPEN" - application for a program to organize sporting events - to the Commission for Reviewing Programs that Fulfill the General Interest in the Field of Sport in the Municipality of Kula.
