The Municipality of Kula, together with its partners—the Kula Center for Social Work and the “Plava ptica” Association for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities—is implementing a project “Active Inclusive Service Kula – ActIS” which is funded by the European Union – United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) under the “EU Support for Social Housing and Active Inclusion” program.
