A public call has been announced to register applicants for one-time heating-fuel assistance for the most vulnerable refugee and internally displaced households in the Municipality of Kula.
This year, the Commissariat for Refugees will again help purchase firewood for 20 of the most vulnerable households, at least one member of which has a valid refugee or displaced-person ID. The public call can be read at all local offices and through refugee commissioners, and is open until 25 November 2011.
