Public Call for the Approval and Use of Incentive Funds for Leased Arable Agricultural Land for 2016

Incentives for leasing arable agricultural land amount to up to 110.000.000,00 dinars. Funding for these activities has been provided in the budget of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina. The funds are available to individuals (farmers), holders and members of registered agricultural holdings entered in the Register of Agricultural Holdings, who own agricultural land and:

1. have residence in the territory of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina,
2. who are older than 65 years and are not recipients of a pension under the pension and disability insurance rights of employees or self-employed persons, except for recipients of a pension under the rights of agricultural insured persons and recipients of a disability pension who acquired that right as insured farmers (the age requirement does not apply to recipients of a disability pension),
3. that a valid long-term lease agreement has been concluded for a period of at least five years, and was not concluded before 2010,
4. lease arable land in the territory of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina measuring at least 0,5 and at most 10 hectares,
5. that the agreement has not been concluded between members of the same registered agricultural holding.
