Charity tournament for little Una Vukanac

A charity 3-on-3 basketball tournament was held in Nova Crvenka on Friday, 3 at 3, along with a two-point shooting contest. The entry fee was symbolic, and all proceeds from entry fees and voluntary donations were intended for the treatment of Una Vukanac and were paid into the account of the ''Budi human'' charity organization for our young fellow townswoman. The tournament was attended by the municipal president, Damjan Miljanić, who noted that, as in previous years, the largest portion of the municipal budget had been allocated to children’s medical treatment, but that the Municipality of Kula is always there—and always will be—to support charitable initiatives, because it is clear that there can never be too much support for such causes.

On Friday, the smallest settlement in our municipality was enveloped in kindness. The organizers, together with participants, visitors, and the local government, became one of many links in the chain helping Una Vukanac recover; she is traveling to Hungary today for a scheduled operation. The girl’s mother thanked everyone on social media who helped Una get to Hungary and once again asked anyone who is able to send a text message to the number of the ''Budi human'' foundation.
