Mosquito spraying today and tomorrow across Kula Municipality

Starting at 19:30 today, ground-based mosquito spraying will be carried out in the settlements of Lipar, Nova Crvenka, Ruski Krstur, Kruščić, Zelengora, Romanija and Mali Stapar, while tomorrow at the same time treatment will be carried out from the ground and by air in Crvenka, Kula and Sivac. The spraying product contains lambda-cyhalothrin and deltamethrin, which are toxic to bees, so beekeepers are warned to close their hives or move them at least five kilometers away from the listed treatment areas. The spraying is done in the evening to make the product more effective. The mosquito-control work is being carried out by Ciklonizacija AD Novi Sad.
