Serbia’s Minister of Education, Mladen Šarčević, said yesterday that efforts would be made not to postpone university enrolment and added that entrance exams for prospective students would be held this year as well.
Šarčević told Tanjug that he believes the admissions process should not be postponed, as it had previously been announced for around 22 June. He added that primary- and secondary-school students are in the same situation, carrying out their work, and no one is being favored by learning in a different way.
"From the end of May, we will provide significant support for a month to high school seniors so they can prepare without private tutoring and receive excellent help from their teachers," said Education Minister Mladen Šarčević.
