The Municipal Road Safety Council of the Kula Municipal Assembly urges all drivers to pay attention and adjust their speed to road conditions, as icy patches may still occur despite the end of winter driving conditions, particularly in the morning and evening.
We also urge tractor and work-machine drivers to pay attention and check the signal lights on their vehicles ahead of the upcoming agricultural work, and not to leave mud on the roadway, so that everyone can travel as safely as possible.
